LACROSSE, Wis. – A Waseca woman was charged with dealing cocaine in a follow-up to the same charge against the driver of a drug-and cash-loaded vehicle near Bangor in January. Now charged are Tralana Madlock-Hitchcock, 25, of Waseca, and Reginald Ronald Gales, 31, of Waseca. Both have initial court appearances in LaCross on April 1. In the stop, on Interstate 90, Madlock-Hitchcock told the state trooper she knew nothing about drugs in the vehicle. Hidden behind panels inside the vehicle, police said, were 85.3 grams of cocaine, a marijuana shake and $4,400 cash. Gales had another R$5,000 in his pockets.
