ST. PAUL, Minn. – Minnesota Senate President Jeremy Miller, R-Winona, left a hand-delivered letter at the office of Governor Tim Walz, proposing a fresh start with the Legislature in the new session. Miller acknowledged national acrimony, but, he said, it’s time to move forward and “show Minnesotans we can work together and govern.” Miller was specific on some issues. He said the CoVid vaccine would be more accessible if testing sites were made also into vaccination sites.

Miller. Letter promotes more partnership.
