WINONA, Minn.— As the weekend approached with heightened concern about terrorist assaults nationwide, State Senator Jeremy Miller, R-Winona, acknowledged receiving what he called nasty messages. “It’s getting to a level of major concern for many of us,” Miller said in a KWNO radio interview. “I’m hoping that after President-Elect Biden is inaugurated next week hopefully some of the violence and the rhetoric will get toned down.”
