ST. PAUL, Minn. – An accident involving Hennepin County Sheriff David Hutchinson will be investigated as a case of driving under the influence, the State Patrol announced. The sheriff went off Interstate 94 in a government vehicle about 2:30 a.m. and overturned. Hutchinson has been hospitalized in serious condition with non-life threatening injuries.
