WINONA, Minn. – Police are unsure whether three incidents of items being taken from unlocked vehicles in a 24-hour window are connected. The thefts were in the same residential neighborhood. The incidents:
> 50 block of West Broadway Street: A purse and wallet were taken.
> 50 block of East King Street: A purse and wallet were taken, and a debit card in the wallet was used for a $310 purchase.
> 50 block of East King Street: An iPhone charger and auxiliary cord were taken .
