ROCHESTRR, Minn. – Police arrested six men at a local tenderloin site as part of a prostitution crackdown. Booked and released on their own recognizance were:
> Darryl Franklin, 54, of Rochester.
> Justin Hitt, 29, of Pine Island.
> Russell Hodge, 46, of Hayfield.
> Thomas Klees, 43, of Rochester.
> Arnaldo Mercado-Perez, 27, of Rochester.
> David Thorland, 68, Thompson, Iowa.
Police asked news media not to disclose where the arrests occurred so as not to encourage cruising. The arrests were part of an investigation by the Olmsted County attorney’s office and the Safe Harbor agency, which helps sexually exploited youth.
