WINONA, Minn. — Police confirmed that surveillance video has led them to focus their search on the Mississippi River for a missing 73-year-old woman. The video was nesrLevee Park, a few blocks from Patricia Sweningson’s downtown apartment. She went missing March 4. Volunteer divers have spent two weekends searching the river with sonar and other tools. Fire Department personnel are making regular shoreline checks.
