LEWISTON, Minn. – A Winona motorist, driving home after an overnight shift, crossed the center line and collided with a dump-truck. The accident was about 9 a.m. five miles south of Lewiston on County Road 29. Karissa Lynn Kammerer, 37, was cited for careless driving, No injuries were reported.
