WINONA, Minn. — A vehicle slid off the road due to a build-up of ice and struck a power pole about 1:45 p.m. The accident occurred at Riverview Drive and Theurer Boulevard on the Far West End. The driver was unhurt, police said. The accident was about 6:45 p.m.
