NASHVILLE, Tenn. –The National Federation of Independent Small Business presented the Minnesota Senate majority leader, Jeremy Miller of Winona, with its Guardian of Small Business award. The award honors legislators who vote consistently with small businesses. To qualify, legislators must vote at least 80% of the time in favor of small businesses. Miller scored 100%, the federation said.
