ROCHESTER, Minn. – A vehicle flipped on its roof in a two-vehicle collision at an intersection near downtown. No one was hurt seriously. Both vehicles were beyond repair, police said. The accident was about 4:30 p.m. at Third Avenue Southeast and 10th Street Southeast. One person, trapped inside a vehicle needed to be extricated by firefighters.
