DOVER, Minn. – A Maple Lake man was injured when a pickup truck lost control on snow and ice and crossed into his lane. Alexander Ron Otto, 21, was taken to a Rochester hospital with injuries that appeared on-scene to be non-life threatening. This was about 10:30 a.m. on Interstate 90 ear the Dover exit, four miles west of St. Charles. Otto was westbound in a 2004 Honda Accord. The oncoming vehicle that slid into the wrong lane was a 2012 Dodge Ram, driven by Angel Alfredo Najera, 54, of Los Angeles. He was unhurt.
