WINONA, Minn. – A winter weather advisory for snow that may turn to rain and ice has been issued for counties south and west of Winona. The National Weather Service advisory did not include Winona County. But don’t be surprised if residual effects spill over. The advisory is in effect until Friday noon. Accumulations could be 2 to 6 inches.
