WINONA, Minn. – The Minnesota State chancellor, Devinder Maholtra, will be the commencement speaker Thursday for Southeast College Tech. Other speakers, in what’s called “Words of Wisdom and Encouragement,” are interim college president Larry Lundblad and student Ayjai Daniel. The ceremony will be entirely virtual, available at 7 p.m. on YouTube. Each graduate’s name will be read, organized by programs of study from A to Z. Well, not quite, from A for accounting to W for welding.
