ARCADIA, Wis. – A passenger was injured when a car overturned on State Highway 95 in Buffalo County near the County Road C intersection west of Arcadia. Irving Sandoval Ortiz, 19, of Arcadia, was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The car, a 2006 Infinity G35, rolled over several times and landed upside down. This was about 12:25 a.m. Deputies said the driver, Wilfrido Ortiz Sandoval, 20, of Arcadia, was going too fast. He was unhurt but was arrested after failing field sobriety tests, deputies said.
