INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Varsity athletes whose final year of eligibility was cut short by the global virus epidemic will have another season of eligibility. The governing board of the National Collegiate Athletic Association, which made the decision, announced also colleges mayadjusted financial aid rules to allow teams to carry more athletes on scholarship to account for incoming recruits. NCAA rules normally limit athletes to four seasons of competition in a five-year period. Spring sports affected at Winna State: Baseball, golf, softball, tennis, track and field.
