BRATSBERG, Minn. – A St. Charles motorcyclist and his passenger were injured but not seriously when their 2018 Harley Davidson Touring crashed south of Rushford on Highway 43. Joseph Tyler Woxland, 33, the driver, and Natasha Lee Gilbertson, 31, of St. Charles, were southbound heading toward Iowa. They were taken to a LaCrosse hospital. The accident was about 4:30 p.m.
