OSSEO, Wis. – A Minnesota woman was killed in a single-vehicle crash a mile west of the Interstate 94 Osseo exit. The victim’s name was not released immediately, but the State Patrol listed her as 66 years old from the St. Paul suburb of Oakdale. She was in a vehicle driven by a 41-year-old woman from St. Paul.
