WINONA. Minn. – The strip of homes along the base of Winona’s bluffs has a dizzying concentration of yard and house holiday decorations.
Lake Boulevard. People still call the 50 West Lake Boulevard place the Dr. Kelly house. He’s moved on, but the display is up to expectations. No, the cross that looks to be shining down is actually hanging from the rim of the bluffs at what’s remembered as the Eiken house. It’s a wholly separate display.
