WINONA, Minn. – The Winona Chamber of Commerce received a $1 million grant from the state economic development agency for downtown projects. The funds are limited to business and capital development projects that will assist recovery from the CoVid pandemic. The Winona grant was one of 14 statewide from the Department of Employment and Economic Development’s $40 million Main Street Revitalization program.
