Stewartville teacher pay up 4% now, 3% later

STEWARTVILLE, Minn. – Stewartville teachers voted to accept a contract with a 4% pay increase retroactive to July and 3% next year. In addition are longevity increases from $500 to $1,250 – the first seniority bonuses in 40 years. The School District is increasing insurance contributions from $890 a month to $925 for singles and $1,200 to $1,500 a month for families.
