STOCKTON, Minn. – The Stockton City Council appropriated $1,500 for Winona Council sheriff’s programs that provide policing service to Stockton. Receiving $500 each will be the search and rescue team, the K-9 program, and the dive team. Stoockton, population 875, lies seven miles west of Winona toward Rochester.
