BYRON, Minn.— A Kellogg man, Kurtis Zomok, 33, was arrested for the theft of an enclosed utility trailer in Rochester. The theft, about 9:10 p.m., was witnessed by a passerby who took photos of the thief, his car and the trailer. This was at 4800 block of 19th Street Northwest. Shortly thereafter, 10 miles west in Byron, a deputy spotted the suspect vehicle with the trailer on the frontage road near Dairy Queen. Zomok, who was at the wheel, was booked on felony charges.
