WINONA, Minn. – A mail-order wig was delivered to a Mankato Avenue apartment but stolen from the front door. Police rounded up surveillance video. The rightful recipient recognized the thief. Police went down the hall to knock in the thief’s door. She answered wearing the wig. The case was solved with the return of the wig. This was about 4:40 p.m. in the 600 block of Mankato.
