WINONA, Minn. – Firefighters responded to a sprinkler alarm on the strip mall complex at Winona Mall but found no problem. This was about 8 a.m. The owner, who acquired the building recently, said there had been problems with the system after hydrants in the area had been flushed. The owner had been unable to access the alarm system since taking over.
