OWATONNA, Minn. – High wind blew a semi-truck and trailer off Interstate 35 north of Owatonna near the airport. The driver, Omar Fray Hyde, 47, of Apopka, Florida, was taken to the Owatonna hospital with injuries that at the scene didn’t appear critical. The accident was about 11:50 p.m. near the 26th Street ramps. The tractor, an 2019 International, heading south, ended up on its driver side. . The I-35 left lanes were blocked.
