MANKATO, Minn. – Police have identified two suspects for a bomb threat at Minnesota State University-Mankato. The university president, Edward Inch, did not identify the individuals nor state whether they would be prosecuted. The fact that threat was on April 1 raised the specter that it may have been misguided if not demented April Fool’s Day caper.
