WINONA, Minn. – Next month Southeast Tech will begin phasing in staff for full-time in-person instruction. Joshia Litant, vice president of student affairs, said he phase-back begins April 15 on both the Red Wing and Winona campuses and builds through the summer. Nothing will be remote because of CoVid when fall classes begin, he said.
