WINONA Minn. — Minnesota State College Southeast has received a $516,000 grant from the National Science Foundation for electronics instruction at high schools. The college’s interim president, Larry Lundblad, said the grant enables the college to expand beyond the current 10 high schools where students earn certificates in electronics. The basic certificate includes four classes: Intro to DC Electricity, Intro to AC Electricity, DC Theory and Circuits, and Digital Electronics.
