WINONA, Minn. – A Winonan, Erick Jhovanni Bustillos-Cavazos, 18, was arrested and referred for ineligible possession of a firearm. The arrest followed an investigation into a social media post that alleged a person had fired a gun from a car window a few days earlier. The arrest was about 4:30 p.m. The charges: Possession of ammo and firearm, gross misdemeanor domestic assault, second-degree assault with dangerous weapon.
