WINONA, Minn. – Police arrested a 17-year-old boy who reportedly punched an ex-girlfriend in the stomach. The girl told officers she hurt but didn’t need medical attention. Officers reported that a red mark on her stomach was still visible when they arrived. The incident was in a vehicle in the 350 block of Wilson Street on the Near West Side.
