GOODVIEW, Minn. – Police ticketed three Winna teen-agers after a motorist reported they were hog-tailgating him on U.S. Highway 61 heading north out of Goodview. Deputies reached the motorist where he had stopped near the 44th Avenue crossover, and he pointed to the teen-age boys pulling into a parking lot a ways away apparently to see what was going on. This was about 1 a.m. Police ticketed the teens, two of whom for underage drinking and a third suspected of being under the influence of a controlled distance. Also, two of them were cited as too young to be driving without an adult on board. They were in a 2003 Acura and a 2003 Toyota Camry, which the complainant-motorist described as the harassing vehicles.
