WINONA, Minn. – Two boys, ages 17 and 15, were arrested after a break-in was reported in progress in the 400 residential block of Mankato Avenue. They were hiding in a closet, officers said. A window air-conditioner had been removed, officers said. The arrest was about 1:50 a.m.
