WINONA, Minn. – A Wisconsin man who’s an unwanted customer at the McDonald’s fast food place on the West End keeps coming back, police said. After an incident earlier in the week, police issued a don’t-come-back ticket to Douglas Claire De Narce, 80, of Nelson. But he did. Twice. He was issued a citation for trespass about 3:45 p.m. on his second visit. Police were called back two hours later. This he was gone, so police mailed another citation.
