WINONA, Minn. – A New York man, Trevor Albert Blake, 20, was caught peeing behind a parked car in the Third Street bar district about 1:15 a.m. He zipped up and ran. Police caught him. He was charged with drunkenness. He blood-alcohol content, police said, was 0.16%. Blake’s hometown: Fairport, New York. The arrest was in the 150 block of East Third.
