WASHINGTON – The only way for guaranteed arrival by Christmas for a package going by U.S. mail is for a premium charge. It’ll have to go by what’s called “priority mail express” and must be sent by Wednesday. Sorry, the already past deadline:
December 15: Ground rates.
December 17: First-class rates.
December 18: Priority mail.
