WINONA, Minn. – A Brooklyn Park man, Christopher Jay Harden, 40, was booked by police after, officers said, squealing tires and doing doughnuts at Maplewood Townhomes on the West End. Officers noted bloodshot eyes and slurred speech and conducted a sobriety test. Harden’s blood alcohol content showed .at 013%. He was booked also for drunken driving.
