ST.PAUL, Minn. – A Coon Rapids man arrested with 77,000 caping cartridges and $3 million worth of marijuanaw as sentenced to 5-1/2 years in prison. Valentin Andonii, 25, had been found guilty of two first-degree drug charges and five lesser drug and tax -evasion charges in January. The vaping cartridges each contained 1.1 grams of THC, which is the ingredient to create a marijuana high. The devices were seized at Antonii’s home and in his cars.
