ST. PAUL, Minn. — A 2-year-old boy died in a shooting in an apartment north of downtown. Details were sketchy, police said. They questioned three juveniles who may have been in the apartment. Police had been summoned by a 911 caller that a boy had “hurt his head.” The call was about 1:10 p.m.
