WINONA, Minn. — Winona High School senior Ella Schultz was named upper-division fall Scholar of the Quarter. She was commended for maintaining high grades with tough courses, notably advanced world history and general and organic biochemistry. Chosen for lower-division honors was sophomore Makenzie Moger.
