ST. CHARLES, Minn. – Somebody called the sheriff that a man was defecating on a road south of Charles. Deputies responded to the area of County roads 123 and 55. No surprise, the guy was done by then and gone. But the deputies had a description and later found the man up the road at Produce Auction, 13449 Highway 35. He explained that he had a “bathroom emergency.” No citation was issued.
