OSSEO, Wis. — An EF-1 tornado churning at 105 mph touched down, four miles southwest of Osseo, uprooting trees and damaging farm buildings. The sheriff reported no injuries. The tornado struck without warning at 12:05 a.m. It cut a swath as wide at 200 yards for 3-1/2 miles.
