UTICA Minn. — A resident in the 19000 block of Sand Hill road southeast of Utica reported the theft of a small off-road vehicle about 7:40 a.m. Soon after, the sheriff’s office received a report of a UTV crash just down the road. There, deputies found Jordan Lee Fortsch, 28, of Lewiston, whom they arrested. Two charges were recommended to the county attorney: Felony theft and failure to report an accident.
