WINONA, Minn. – Police blocked off the 1200 block of Lakeview Avenue behind the Dahl auto dealership after a tree fell on power lines. Bystanders were cleared away and an Xcel utility crew was called as well as a city tree crew. There was no arcing or fire danger. This was about 5:15 p.m.
