FOUNTAIN Minn. – The main route through Fillmore County southeast from Rochester, U.S. Highway 52, was closed 3-1/2 hours while crews righted a truck that overtured and blocked the road. The problem was cargo in a semi-trailer that needed to be cleaned up before the truck could be restored onto its wheels. The “all clear” was at 7:15 p.m.
