SPRING VALLEY, Minn. – A Spring Valley man,Tyler Steven Volkart, 35, was injured in a collision just northwest of Spring Valey and taken to a Rochester hospital. Deputies said his injuries were non-life threatening. Walkart’s pickup and a semi truck both were headed toward Interstate 90 at Dexter when they collided. This was about 4:35 p.m. at Highway 16 and County Road 39. The semi driver, Anthony John Will, 60, of Monona, Iowa, was unhurt.
