LACROSSE, Wis. – A man was found dead in a burning triplex on Rose Street, and a second man, who was rescued, died later at a hospital. The victims were brothers Lawrence Legacy, 67, and Steve Legacy, 66. Other tenants escaped unhurt. Firefighters found the two-story wood building largely destroyed when they arrived about 11:55 p.m. – 3-1/2 minutes after receiving the call.
