ELGIN, Minn. – A truck hailing a cattle trailer struck a car 1-1/2 miles north Elgin, injuring two people in the car. Transported 20 miles to a Rochester hospital were Donald Joseph Dvorak, 70, and Barbara Ann Dvorak, 68, both of Altura. Neither appeared seriously injured. They were in a 2016 Chevrolet Equinox. Deputies said the truck, a 2012 Dodge Ram, was driven by Stephen Harold Krueger, 74, of Norwalk, Wisconsin. Neither Kruger nor his passengers, Daniel Bormtreger, 50, and Jonas Bormtreger, 23, were injured. The collision was about 7:50 p.m. on Highway 247 at Wabasha County Road 2.
