WINONA, Minn. – Two Upper Mississippi National Wildlife and Fish Refuge boat ramps have been closed through mid-August for new concrete slabs to be laid. Walk-in access is not allowed either. The ramps:
> Weaver, on the Minnesota side off Highway 61.
> Indian Slough, on the Wisconsin side, off Highway 25 between Wabasha and Nelson.
