LACRESCENT, Minn. – A LaCrescent woman suffered non-life threatening injuries in a two-vehicle collision in the Interstate 90 spaghetti interchange at the LaCrescent ramps. Kay Ann Kies, 84, was taken across the river to a LaCrosse hospital. She was riding in a 2007 Ford Freestar driven by Robert Michael Kies, 91, of LaCrescent, The other driver, Ross Arlen Horstman, 32, of Winona, was unhurt. He was on a 2002 Ram 1500 pickup. The accident was about 12:45 p.m.
